For craft resin miniatures, t-shirts & other products sent from our office in Gdansk.

We offer worldwide shipping through priority air mail. Shipping is calculated based on the number of ordered miniatures and their weight. We also offer tracking. Shipping cost does not include any customs fees that might be charged to your order.

Additional information about US shipments

Due to new regulations eliminating the de minimis exemption — which previously allowed duty-free imports of goods valued under USD 800 from Europe — we are now required to ship all parcels to the United States via courier services.
As a result, each shipment to the USA is subject to customs duties as well as additional operational costs, which depend on the size and value of the package. Courier shipping also incurs higher operational expenses compared to standard postal delivery.

For Core Games & Accesories sent from logistic hubs (conveniently available under the category with the same name).

This shipping information applies to products from our crowdfunding campaigns. You can easily identify them by the “Core Games & Accessories” category, as well as by the option to select a delivery hub before checkout. Each order will be shipped from the selected hub.

Please make sure to choose the delivery hub that best matches your shipping address. If you select a different hub, we’re still happy to ship your order, but an additional shipping cost may apply. In that case, you’ll need to purchase the “Additional shipping fee” product to cover the difference. Please note that orders shipped from a hub outside your region may be handled on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Customers located outside the European Union, the United States, and Australia may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon delivery. These charges are set by local authorities, are not included in the product or shipping price, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
